Refund policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. Refunds are available within 14 days of delivery and processed within 48–72 hours of receiving your return.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible, your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, email us at adalmuse5@gmail.com with your order number and item details. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions and return details. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Items marked as “final sale”

  • Gift cards

  • Used or worn clothing

  • Items not in original packaging

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or product, please return the original item first, then place a new order separately once your return is approved.

European Union Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. The product must be unused, with tags and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, a refund will be issued via Cash or PayPal within 48–72 hours.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
